• HVAC system             : Design , supply and installation of HVAC system consist of 11 package units 25 TR, 38 Split duct units.
• Fire Fighting system : Supply and installation of Fire fighting system consist of 448 sprinklers ,12 FHR , Fire extinguisher 63 pc’s ,750 gpm fire pump and FM200 .
• Electrical works         : Design , supply and installation of Lighting system consist indoor/outdoor , AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH , Cable laying.
• Fire Alarm system     : Supply and installation of addressable fire alarm system .
• CCTV system              : Supply and installation of indoor/outdoor cameras .
• Plumping system       : Supply and installation of drainage and water supply system  .
• Testing and commissioning .
