Project overview 

• Building Area    : 65.000 m2 .
• Civil works         : Design and construction of steel structure warehouse for mechanical utilities and chiller foundation area , under ground concrete tanks for water treatment system , under ground concrete trench for pips and cables .
• HVAC system     : Design , supply and installation of chilld water system consist of 4 chillers total capacity 2.000 TR , Primary and Secondary loops , 9 AHU’s and process cooling points .
• Air Treatment system : Design ,supply and installation of dust and fume extraction system ( Donaldson technologies ).
• Ventilation system      : Design ,supply and installation of exhaust and fresh air fans .
• Compressed Air : Supply and installation of compressed air system.
• Water Treatment system : Supply and installation of 
• CPM system  : Installation of chiller plant manager system.
• Testing and commissioning .
