Project overview

Mechanical work is chilled water system for HVAC & for production cooling by using a combination between air treatment system of dust collection & fume extraction system, the dust filtration sending the resulted air into chilled water coil to send it back to plant, while the fume extraction system sending the air to air/air heat recovery before throwing it out of plant, then the makeup air after the heat recovery is going to chilled water coil then to the plant.
This combination saved a lot of duplication fans & filters & duct work & power distributions for both system and power consumption as well.
The scope also includes firefighting & electrical distribution for all equipment’s.
