Details :
The project is construction of sweet factory of 24000 m2 4 floors in industrial area 1.
The work includes HVAC chilled water system of 1800 TR of 6 chillers of 300 TR each, 6 primary pumps, 4 secondary pumps variable speed, air separator, chilled water piping network with food grade insulation inside plant, 35 AHU’s & 76 FCU’s including all required valves packages, the duct work was fabric type suitable for food industry.
In addition to plumbing, drainage, water supply, firefighting sprinkler system & FM200.
The Electrical work includes fire alarm, BMS work including testing & commissioning for all systems.

• Building Area               : 24.000 m2 .
• HVAC system               : Design , supply and installation of chilld water system consist of 6 chillers total capacity 1.800 TR , Primary and Secondary loops , 84 AHU’s and 41 FCU’s
• Glycol chiller system   : Design ,supply and installation of Glycol chiller and pumps for process cooling .
• Ventilation system      : Design ,supply and installation of exhaust and fresh air fans for toilets and kitchen hood  .
• Fire Fighting system    : Supply and installation of Fire fighting system consist of 750 sprinklers , 60 FHC’s , 1000 gpm fire pump and FM200 .
• Fire Alarm system        : Supply and installation of addressable fire alarm system consist of 600 detectors and other related parts   .
• Plumping system          : Supply and installation of drainage and water supply system  .
• BMS system                  : Installation of BMS system for HVAC and lighting .
• Testing and commissioning .
